Tabcorp successfully raised $284 million through the offer of Tabcorp Bonds pursuant to the Prospectus dated 1 April 2009.

  • Tabcorp Bonds are five year debt securities listed on ASX under the code TAHHA.
  • Holders of Tabcorp Bonds are entitled to receive quarterly interest payments and $100 cash per Tabcorp Bond upon redemption (on 1 May 2014 or if redeemed earlier).
  • The interest rate is equal to the 3 month bank bill rate plus a fixed margin of 4.25% p.a. and is calculated quarterly.
  • Investors who were allocated at least 100 Tabcorp Bonds and maintained at least their initial allocation for the first year were entitled to Bonus Interest for the first year of an additional 0.25% p.a. (subject to a cap of 500 Tabcorp Bonds per holding).
  • Tabcorp Bonds were issued on 1 May 2009 at a price of $100 each and the minimum investment was only $5,000.
