Tabcorp Bonds offer raises $284 million

Tabcorp Holdings Limited (“Tabcorp”) today announced that the offer of Tabcorp Bonds (the “Offer”) had closed with the company successfully raising $284 million.

Tabcorp allocated $200 million of Tabcorp Bonds on a firm basis to institutional investors and brokers through the bookbuild process and raised a further $84 million from Tabcorp shareholders and other investors.
