On 18 December 2009, Tabcorp made a supplementary submission to the Productivity Commission (PC) in response to its Draft Report on Gambling, dated October 2009. Tabcorp's supplementary submission deals with wagering matters considered by the PC in chapter 13 of its Draft Report.
Tabcorp's supplementary submission is provided for the information of shareholders and other interested parties. Commercially confidential information has been omitted.
The PC is scheduled to release its final report in late February. Other information in respect of the PC's review can be sourced from the PC website www.pc.gov.au
