Tabcorp Holdings Limited advises that the record date for the expected interest payable on Tabcorp Bonds (ASX code: TAHHA) for the Interest Period ending on 15 February 2010 will be 5 February 2010, rather than 8 February 2010 as previously announced on 16 November 2009.
This change reflects an amendment to the ASX Listing Rules which came into effect on 11 January 2010.
All other information contained in Tabcorp’s announcement dated 16 November 2009 relating to the Tabcorp Bonds Interest Period ending on 15 February 2010 remains unchanged.
Terms defined in the Terms of Issue of Tabcorp Bonds have the same meaning in this notice. Further information about Tabcorp Bonds is available from Tabcorp’s website at www.tabcorp.com.au/bonds.
