Tabcorp named in Top 20 Best Australian Workplaces for New Dads

HBF and research firm CoreData analysed the nation’s biggest 500 companies by revenue to identify the workplaces leading the way with dad-friendly policies including parental leave and flexible working. In the 2020 report, 75 companies met the eligibility criteria - a sizeable increase of 70% over 2018’s field of 44 and a hefty boost of 14% from 2019’s list of 66 companies. To qualify, companies must provide at least 12 weeks' paid leave for primary carers and two weeks for secondary carers. Tabcorp’s provisions include 18 weeks paid primary carer’s leave and six weeks for secondary carers.
