Tabcorp has announced its intention to demerge its Lotteries and Keno business. Upon demerger, Tabcorp will continue to hold the Wagering, Media and Gaming Services businesses, and a new standalone ASX-listed company, The Lottery Corporation Limited, will hold the Lotteries and Keno businesses.

Tabcorp is targeting completion of the demerger, to be implemented through a court-approved Scheme of Arrangement, on 1 June 2022, subject to all relevant approvals and consents, including shareholder approvals at shareholder meetings to be held on 12 May 2022. 

Tabcorp shareholders should read the Demerger Booklet and the Notices of Meeting in full by accessing the Demerger Portal via the link below. Shareholders can also use this portal to submit proxies to vote on the shareholder resolutions for the General Meeting and Scheme Meeting, opt into the share Sale Facilities (for eligible Small Shareholders) and view other important information.
