Our Hiring Process
Our aim is to make our hiring process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our Talent Aquisition team are very “hands on” throughout the process and will guide you through each step.
- When we go to market for a role we generally start resume screening after 7-10 days. We will then put together a longlist and conduct phone screening with suitable applicants.
- Once we have completed this we then provide a shortlist to the Hiring Manager and from there we set up interviews.
- If you are not successful in progressing through to this stage we will let you know so that you are not waiting and wondering where things are at.
- If you do progress we will provide you with all the tools and support you need for your interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from our Talent Acquisition team.
- For everyone who joins us they will need to complete background checks, which we organise, and we also complete two reference checks.
